Dont fly frontier!!!!!

I've got multiple stories, all rolled into one massive delayed flight home...

One MAJOR rule broken, and multiple cases of totally unacceptable behavior from gate people...


DON'T EVEN take a free ticket on Frontier, its not worth the terrible experience... Thank GOD my FF miles are all but gone now, so that I'm not tempted to subject myself OR my family to that type of mental torture...

Southwest is best!!! IMHO...

That sucks......I got screwed over by SWA the last two days, cancelled one flight and another two hours late, what do I get, an extra charge of over $100 bucks for a rental car and nothing from SWA, all airlines suck.
