Revision: open bow preferably white in color

Ok now they said they will accept a 35-38 white cigarette boat

or any brand all white offshore boat

I got a buddy with a Toyota Boat (Lexus Engine) in his garage here in Havasu.....I wonder if they would like to use that one??
