That's funny, you don't need sharks for that, this area was hit hard by the 2008 crash, in 2002-2004 a lot of people over-extended and bought second homes when times were good, it's coming back the last 10-12 months, we bought 18 months ago and stole our house, probably 50% what is was worth in 2000 and since I did the re-model the value is getting close to what it was back in 2004 and our taxes are proving that.Quote:
