Who's going to DS this year?

This will be my first trip out to DS. What's the scoop? Things to hit/miss etc. Thoughts?

Street Fair Thursday is a must do.

The rest of it is ok :D

Is the Havasu boat show the same weekend? Housing is arranged, I'm just wondering if I should bring my boat or play Gilligan for the weekend.

Boat show is two weekends prior due to Easter.

We were going to go...but canceled weeks ago for obvious reasons.....

Being a novice at DS, I'm not aware of the obvious reasons. Lack of housing?

Street fair for sure Thurs night. Lots of forum members will be there from all boating sites. :thumbsUp: I let my snowbird know yesterday that he has to be out that morning. Fri. is the parade thru the channel then the poker run. Hang out in the boat or on land there is plenty to look at.

After going to the last 5 Desert Storms there is no obviious reasons. :buddies:

There are no obvious reasons for the rest of us. The only problem is there is never enough time to do everything you want to do. So pick a few and do those few well :D
