Today is her last race of the year. Quad Dipsea in Mill Valley, CA which is a 28 mile Ultra with 9,200 feet of steep climbs and 9,200 feet of steep decent. It is the shortest race she has run this year but it is a tough course. We were talking to a guy that has run many many 100 milers and he said this course will tear you up. LOL. Should be fun.
We got up at 3:45am and hit the road at 4:30 am. Mrs. RogerThat woke up with her back out of wack. Hopefully it will loosen up when she starts running.
