My daughter intends on going there this weekend with classmates from ASU. Anything different there than Havasu or the river that I should be concerned about? She's grown up on the river and maybe I'm just worried about her doing this without us.

You know, we thought she would be homesick, sitting in her dorm doing nothing to meet people. The complete opposite has happened and I've never seen her as happy as she is now. Going from a performing arts high school where she had very few friends, she's definitely making up for lost time and adjusting well.Quote:
