Not familiar, but is it a resevoir fed from mountain snow melt?

I haven't been to SA in 7 or 8 years, but it's been getting worse every year, hasn't it?

it gets water from the rains..Lake Nacimento is still holding 30 something %..We went out to San Antonio about a month ago when it was 19% it was a mud hole. the boats that had sunk in the past were getting pulled out..
