Thanks for posting that!
This is one of a few events in your life that you will not forget what you were doing when it occurred. :(
I was watching on Channel 7 this morning about a fireman in Fullerton who has a memorial set up every year. His whole front lawn has flags and crosses for all the victims in all the attacks in 911. All are individualized with the victims names and what attack they were killed in. He also has about 1400 crosses/flags for all the personnel who have died from digging through all the rubble at that WTC site. I never knew so many people were lost after the attacks - contracting diseases from months of digging.
How can we forget? On this day in 2001 our Nation was forever changed. Life as we knew it before then, will never be the same. Not only did we lose thousands of innocent lives, we lost a piece of our freedom. Freedom our forefathers, fathers, brothers, uncles, and cousins, died for. Only to have those animals undue a piece of what took more than 200 years to earn. Oh no, we'll never forget. Never.
We will never forget!!!Attachment 17868
