25th Annual Lake Havasu Boat Show April 8-10, 2016

Before all those new 2016 calendars start to get filled up, just a reminder that the Silver Anniversary Lake Havasu Boat Show is scheduled for April 8-10 at Lake Havasu State Park, Windsor 4. Besides being the largest boat show in Arizona and Nevada, there will be lots of great special attractions like an ICS sanctioned Chili and Salsa Cook-Off (one of the biggest chili competitions in the Southwest, over 50 teams and more than $5,000 in prize money) and the Gary Hart Memorial IJSBA Jettribe Jet Ski WaterCross Races (over 150 entrants). The boat show will again be a sell-out -- over 120 exhibitors and vendors. Hope everybody plans to attend. This year, no date conflict with Lucas Oil Drag Boat Racing in Parker/Bluewater -- they will be racing the weekend following the Boat Show. It's just a week away, the 25th Annual Lake Havasu Boat Show sponsored by Mohave State Bank and Frontier Communications. Definitely the most jam-packed boat show in Havasu history. If you're looking for performance boats, nearly all the west coast custom builders will be on site: Advantage, Caliber 1, Cobra, Conquest, DCB, Domn8er, Eliminator, Hallett, Howard, Interceptor, Nordic, Shockwave and Ultra. A great showing for the west coast mfgs. The Boat Show opens on Friday, April 8 at noon, and at 9am on Saturday and Sunday. Just a $5 admission charge, kids 6 & under are free and so is parking. Discount admission coupons are in the Whitesheet, Todays News Herald, Parker Pioneer and Kingman Miner plus lots of retail outlets/stores in Havasu. Don' forget, we're also having a Boat Show Beach Bash Party on Friday evening on the grass at Windsor 4 -- everybody is invited. Boat Show admission ticket holders from Friday get in free, walks-ups without tickets are just $2.00. Food, beer garden, cocktail br and live band (classic rock) starts at 6pm.
