2004 30' Attitude Toy Hauler
2004 30' Attitude Toy Hauler $15,000
30 foot Attitude FSAK foot toy hauler. (FSAK = front sleeper, angled kitchen)
Tow behind, not a fifth wheel.
Front bedroom, with queen mattress, good storage and headboard.
Super comfy memory foam mattress from Costco last year.
There is a separate toilet and shower area, plus bath sink and mirror area.
Two queen beds for the kids or guests set on bunkbed style platforms on electric lifts in the rear.
Upper bunk has privacy curtain and small windows.
Couch and dinette both fold into beds.
Tons of room.
Atwood powered front jack
I kept four quads and motorcycles in it easily.
Two type 27 Interstate batteries
Two large propane tanks upfront.
Gas water heater.
3 burner stove top
oven
good sized Norcold AC/DC Propane fridge with freezer
microwave
rear ramp with nonskid
outdoor fuel station with large gas tank.
new shower faucet
roll up carpet over full vinyl.
Factory Heat and Coleman AC, ducted to all areas.
I added a new second AC unit over the rear hatch. 115* August heat in the desert is no match for these two AC units. It cools down in 30 minutes. The second AC is run by an external power cord. It does not run through the main panel.
Also includes a bunch of camping stuff. Accessories, poop tube and support braces. Hoses, cords, etc.
Awning works fine but is a little beat.
Graphics are a little faded, but still look good.
Tires 3 years old. Kept covered though.
Large Generac Generator has only 140 hours.
Genny fires right up.
3600 watt Quietpact 40G
Big tanks for water and waste.
Unit is currently in San Diego.
15 gallons propane in two tongue mounted tanks.
I modified the cabinet and took out the old tube TV and installed a flatscreen in the main area, and put a second flatscreen tv in the front bedroom. DVD player on the shelf. No dish, but the trailer has a crank up antenna that pulls in some stations.
Large storage area under the bed, with exterior access.
I put in a new AM/FM/CD/Ipod aux input Stereo, has factory crap speakers though. Four inside, and two outside.
We have used this in Havasu at the Islander, Plaster City, Cal City, Gordon's Well, and Johnson Valley. The third axle really makes this tow easily. Very stable at speed. The past three seasons it has been at an RV resort in Lake Havasu. Kids are off to college and we just won't be able to use it anymore. Time for another family to enjoy it like we did.
Weight distributing hitch comes with it as well.
No leaks, everything works.
This rig is ready to go.Sticker shows Gross Vehicle Weight Rating of 13,000 pounds
Unloaded Vehicle Weight of 7250
4802 lbs of cargo carrying capacity
136 gallons of water.
$15,000 OBO
