Biography:

Lanier Partners of North Georgia, Inc. was founded in 2010 for the sole purpose of helping children in need throughout North Georgia and surrounding areas. LPNG was formed as a non-profit corporation and a public charity in the State of Georgia in the summer of 2010. Lanier Partners received approval as a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization in May 2011.

The original group and board of Lanier Partners was formed through the union of friendship and mutual respect through business alliances and the pure enjoyment of spending time on Lake Lanier. Through this association, the original members decided to form a non-profit organization to raise funds for children in need across Hall and Gwinnett counties, as well as greater Atlanta and North Georgia.

Lanier Partners sole purpose has always been helping the most helpless of our community, the children. In addition to the events we organize and sponsor, each board member participates in other community organizations in a leadership capacity or as an active member supporting other fundraising or community awareness events. Some of the noteworthy organizations are the American Legion, Masons and Shriners.

Lanier Partners of North Georgia members are avid boaters and spend a great deal of time on Lake Lanier. It's this bond that forged a strong partnership of dedicated members who want to improve the lives of children. Each board member is a small business owner or serves local businesses in a leadership position within their respected companies in and around North Georgia.

As a charitable organization, Lanier Partners focuses on encouraging local small businesses and corporations to participate in fundraising for children in our local communities.
