Fort Mohave

Thinking on moving to the Fort Mohave area, seems you get a little bigger bang for your there in regards to home buying, anybody have any pros or cons on this? Found this home the wife and I are really interested in something like this.70393, 574,000 brand new build.

Nice house!! My parents sold their home of like 20+ years about 6-8 months ago. They had a little over an acre. I dont remember what it sold for but it was definitely a fraction of what it would cost down South. The only real issue ive experienced there is Hwy 95. It can be a real problem getting to the store down the street. They really need to do something about that because there aren't enough main roads for the current population. If you can purchase somewhere where that isnt a factor, even better. Good luck!!
