We’re almost there now. Looks freezing! I’m so excited to actually be out of the house, but it looks like I’m going to freeze!!
Thanks for the well wishes, things are getting better every day, doctor told me yesterday that I can lose my back brace & that it looks like the fractures in my back are pretty well healed, but he had me go in to get some more CT scans of my neck this morning, so hopefully I’ll find out more about that next week. For now I’m just so, so happy that I’m actually out of the house. 5 weeks without a river trip is kind of crazy for us! Lol.

Happy New Year everyone! Vic & I made it to Fox’s yesterday for my first time actually going “out” in just over 5 weeks since our accident. It was great actually being able to get out of the house & feel somewhat normal. I’m so thankful to be able to be out at the river & that we’re able to be together for the holidays.
