Someone is finishing a basement, adding about 850 sq ft, additional bedroom, bathroom and my mancave.

It's a walkout, slider out to the backyard, a lot of states like Florida and Arizona don't have basements, especially one's that walkout.

Can't wait to get my big screen, man stuff up, we're trying to decide what kind of game or games to get for the grandlikds, air hockey, foosball, schuffle board, pinball, we have room for maybe two of them depending on which two.

I was thinking the same thing, however I was also curious about a below grade basement in an area where the water table is about 1' below finish grade in most areas anyway. AJ keeps trying to get me to move to Florida and was sending me ads for contractors that are hiring. That's a whole other world out there. I can deal with desert, heat, hardrock, river run, cactus, and all the other fun things we have out here, but throw in dewatering and all the fun that comes with trying to build in and on swampland, and I'm way out of my element. :boxing8:

Very cool sir, I saw Rowdy inspecting things in one photo... Your stuff is always 1st class...

Come check out our new crib at Lake Forest CC in LSL... 95% finished walk out with huge windows/doors on the back/side... ON a 10' foundation pour... I would estimate 3200' finished living space on the lower...
