I love wild game,,,, it makes a big difference if it is prepared correctly. I mean from the monent it is killed all the way to the table.:encouragement:

We made spaghetti and spicy meat balls last night. Then woke up and made meatball breakfast burritos. :)

I lived in Yorba Linda. Sucks we don't have one in Havasu.

I also lived in Y.L., wonder if we were neighbors. What school, ED, Esperanza or Troy?

Wife cooked it as a roast and it tasted like deer to me. I suppose with some tomato, onion and peppers it might not be as deer tasting. Maybe we should have gotten someone's recipe, IDK.

When I was 10 I spent 2 weeks in Montana we had deer everything tacos. Spaghetti. Chili you name it they made it. I hated it and thought I was going to starve. I called my mom crying because I hated the taste. She told my uncle to go get Wendi some hamburger lol
