Work Sunday, Monday, Tuesday.....

Leave town that afternoon with boats/friends/chick and head to a resort cabin on Leech Lake for a week of lunker fishing, drinking, eating, laughing, dirt biking......

and then more drinking and eating.

I did a whole pork butt (for pulled pork) and a beef brisket yesterday as a warm up/practice... 3 hrs in the smoke and 3 hrs wrapped in foil on the BIG UGLY smoker... It disappeared so no pics to show of that...

Today will be sweet/hot glazed chicken wings in addition to smoked mushrooms and smoked chicken thighs... Should be a EPIC bbq...


As I was chopping onions/apples for my KC masterpiece baked beans, I was thinking of and sharing the story about our dearly departed Campbel Carl and his baked beans story with my wife...

We miss you Carl... :buddies:
