Upside Down Boat Parker 8/6

Heading back from the Pirates Den on Saturday saw a boat upside down by the Keys. Anyone know what happened? Looked like everyone was okay, just not the boat.

I herd from a guy at work that a boat went over the back of another and capsized it, everyone was ok

We got back to the keys around 7 or so on Sat evening and didnt see it...
