lol, yep, i think...

its fermented and has alcohol but i think it can be sold just like any tea/soda... less than 1% i think...

I would say YES but it's probably not going to have the desired effect... :igottapee-igottapoo

It's only mildly caffeinated and very low ABV% , it's supposed to be some kind of health elixir. A st louis couple was just on the news and are mass brewing it, and can't keep up with the orders.

add two shots of everclear + 1/4 cup of sugar and YES... ;)

it seems the old everclear was two shots and then look for the trailer cause you were done but either people have built a tolerance for it cause it doesn't affect folks like it use to..............:drinkin:

I think there are TWO versions, the latter NOT for sale in Cali (and a few other states)... 151proof and the FULL deal 190+ proof...

Made right here in ST Louis by Luxco...
