I know many of you frequent the river and I thought I'd pass along this opportunity I have. I represent a trust who needs to liquidate the property from an estate. It was marketed for a while but they are now motivated to get it off the books. As I understand it, they will sell it for $2,000. total price!! This property is located at 596 S. Hoover in Golden Valley - tax parcel 306-15-060. It's 2.35 acres with homes to the South and North of it.
