so, what are your thoughts people of hotboat? i cant get a grasp on what hot and whats not. its been such an up and down year i almost feel better off hitting vegas. :bull_head:

I kind of agree with you. I'm afraid to even look at my investments. I know the housing market has improved but investing is still scary in my opinion.
