That thing's sweet, would work great for hard liquor as a bottle is TYPICALLY not completely consumed in one sitting :D

How do you adjust the amount dispensed.......is it pre-measured or can you simply hold the button down till you have as much as you want??

Not sure of all the details as I haven't installed it just yet but I'll let ya know.
I know it hooks up to power to dispense and not via co2 like a kegerator.
