The payment thing is squared away.
From what I was told my the Finance guy is that Escrow has the property tax at 1.25% but Upland is actually 1.1%
They said as soon as I get my first tax bill send it to the mortgage company and they can adjust the payment based on that.
I guess Escrow uses the standard of 1.25% even though its less......
