Indoor Storage on the Az side of Needles

Looking for indoor storage for my boat/boats and a future Rhino. I don't see anything on the Az side of Needles. Would like to be able to drive the future Rhino to and from the house to it. Anyone know of a place? There's one on the Ca side near the bridge, but it's not ideal. Unless Needles PD is cool with Rhinos on the streets.

No website. I found it on google maps.
