Hope everyone has a great day hopefully with family and friends.
I'm not going to go in to a whole podium speech about Thanksgiving or the meaning of life lol. Honestly, until this year Thanksgiving meant turkey and food to me for the most part.
But this year is different. This year has been a humbling year for me. This year I will more than likely go without the loads of turkey and food. Not because I can't, but because the meaning of Thanksgiving has changed for me.
This year I am thankful I am healthy. I am thankful to wake up every morning. I am thankful I have a great job. I am thankful I have a nice place to live. I am thankful for those of you who continue to keep this place alive and for the good friends I've meat as a result of this place. I am thankful for my family. And most of all I am thankful for the family and friends who have stood by me in my not so brightest of times.
I hope you all have a great day today and while you're at it, have some compassion for those of us who are less fortunate.
