Yummy!! I had deep fried turkey for the first time in 2012 and it's my favorite. I have my BILS fry the turkey. I personally cannot deep fry food in good conscious, but I sure as hell can eat it! 😉

I also started making a prime rib and if those lazy guys can kill a buck, I'll braise a shoulder in some wine and other yummy stuff. This year I'm making side dishes and appetizers. Learning to delegate has been a journey I am embracing 😝
