How is the RE market in Havasu? Is it pretty stagnant like it is out here in the IE???

Actually it's been pretty good. Just put a house into escrow yesterday. We're coming into one of our 2 peak seasons and sales will continue to pick up as the Snowbirds get here for the winter.

We have a huge shortage this year on good rentals and this will likely drive sales as it has in past years when we had shortages. We are still ~15% from our historic highs unlike se other markets and well priced homes are selling within 30 days as a rule....all in all a pretty good market and not too late for anyone thinking of getting I'm here to get in.....gimme a call if anyone is interested.

My house has been on the market for a month and we just dropped the price yesterday from 429 to 419.
Hoping someone will bite at that price. It is priced exactly at what 2 other houses in my community sold for so we are keeping our fingers crossed.
He have a house lined up with an offer accepted but cant move until our house goes into escrow. The house that we have the offer in on has been on the market for 5-6 weeks.

Morning. Woke up way too early. And I guess winter is here. The heater was on when I got up. Kinda looking forward to some cool weather.
