Thought I'd share some pictures of one of the homes we just completed. It has been one long uphill battle getting this one finished, but we are finally there.

It looks like a brand new home. Can you tell us what a job like that costs?

Did you do wood, or is that the ceramic tile that looks like wood plank?

Oh, and for the record, I thought the red carpet and rest of the fixtures were pretty pimp!

You call that a remodel? I call it a house rescue. Wow, the transformation is beautiful. Excellent workmanship and design. Is it for sale?

That's really nice, I love the use of dark wood everywhere, all the windows, and that "balcony" is a bad ass set up. Great job!!

Awesome results, I would have liked to see the results of that horrid flooring by the fireplace though. The kitchen tile was awful too.

They are wood floors.

Over $400k went into this one.

Thanks. All the windows are new. The old ones had wood frames and were very dated. There are 2 balconies. One off the home office and one of the master. We completely rebuilt and designed the one of the master. We made a lot of changes to the floor plan and raised some ceilings.

Here is another one that I recently finished in Villa Park. This house had $30k in foundation damage alone. I really wanted to keep this one for myself.

Thanks. We didn't go cheap on appliances. There is walk in pantry with it's own fridge, sink and dishwasher (Butler's pantry).

Yes. It's one of the things I do haha

Yes. Do you live in the neighborhood?

Down the street by the high school. I go by on the way home most days. The place looks great now. The before pics don't really show how bad it was. Thanks for cranking up the home values a little!

Thank you and you're welcome! I agree with you about the pictures. The home was in really bad shape when we got it. It was obvious that multiple families where living in the home.
