Important Announcement coming regarding Motorhomes at Long Beach Sprint Nationals

ANNOUNCMENT CONCERNING MOTORHOMES AT THE ARP LONG BEACH SPRINT NATIONALS PRESENTED BY HOTBOAT.COM

SCSC will be making an important announcement tomorrow (Monday, July 28th at 6:00 pm) regarding Motorhome spots sign up for this years ARP Long Beach Sprint Nationals Presented by Hotboat.com

Due to the overwhelming demand by those interested in obtaining a motorhome spot on the NORTH SIDE OF THE STADIUM (ONLY) and the limitations placed on how many spots can be sold from the City of Long Beach, SCSC has decided that the most fair way will be a sign up form with payment to be filled out completely and either emailed or faxed to SCSC Secretary Jeannie Doidge. From the sign ups received (in order received) Jeannie will generate a list and post on SCSC Racing Once the prescribed amount of spaces are sold out a waiting list will be generated and if anyone who has a spot on the list cancels the next person in line will be given that spot.

The Southern California Speedboat Club is offering 34 motorhome spots for the ARP Long Beach Sprint Nationals Presented by Hotboat.com

Please visit www.scscracing.com and read the rules and click on the sign up forms and completely fill them out and either email or fax them over to Jeannie Doidge. Once the Credit Cards are run (Master Card/Visa only) a list will be generated of the 34 Motorhome awardee's and a waiting list created. If a CC isn't able to be processed an awardee will be contacted by phone/email and has two hours to provide a replacement CC number. If the awardee fails to provide a replacement CC number in the prescribed time the 1st person on the waiting list will get that motorhome spot and on down the line.
