I have. Put five hours on it in a day. Averaged 100 MPH. That's me behind the wheel in the video.

I think his Skater 40 was called "High Steaks".

Lots. Economy at speed is not her strong suit. It holds 240 gallons though so you don't usually have to fill more than once a day.

Do we have a beef supplier in here? I would be in for some grass fed beef?

No grass fed. Kills the taste and tenderness. Natural is the way to go. Still corn Fed, well marbled choice or prime, but no antibiotics or hormones since birth! Very good, exclusive, and costly to produce but worth the price, IMHO.
I have a few thousand of those around at all times, but I don't sell retail.....yet!
Try www.kansascitysteak.com or www.allenbrothers.com
Allan brothers offers both wet and dry aged product that is second to none as far as packaged mail order goes. Look under new products for natural beef.

And no I am not affiliated with Allen brothers.

Enjoy! Buy lots of beef, gotta pay for a little boat fuel! Lol

Update.
6 days of trouble free boating in the new machine. Ran probably around 130 miles per day average.
Cruises perfect at 125, saw a max of 171. Did no real prop or lower testing this week, trying a few things next week.
MTI builds an incredible boat for sure.
Those who make it to the Shootout, I'll see you there!

I rarely post in big boat threads they are so far out of my realm of ownership, congratulations on an absolutely stunning boat and reading you're post i detect no arrogance just a guy out having fun with his new toy....very cool.
