Will you hit your fav spot on the river or lake this summer?
In years past it was almost a irresponsible amount :happy:
I remember someone in the past say 30 or 40. That's damn high and they should be damn proud.
I think the norm for most people is 3-8.

Have 10 trips to the river currently planned this year. That does not include our trip to Powell this year.

Usually 8-10 trips per year.
I really need to start traveling outside of CA, NV and AZ. I use to take at least 2 trips a year to a new destination...gonna start planning now.

We try to go at least 1 weekend a month through the year with week long trips splashed in with the normal weekend trips.

We try to stay on the every other weekend plan. We did 5 weekends in a row, I decided I needed a break. I cant wait to get back tomorrow night!

Boatless & don't have any plans to be out on the water anytime soon. Maybe someday that will change, but as I've gotten older the less I want to drive 5hrs on my days off. If I lived closer or had a more flexible work schedule of course I would love to be out on the water. But until then I can surely find something to do locally rather than driving all that way. I've thought about moving closer but extreme heat for 4-5 months per/year is brutal, so idk...

Up until 2 yrs ago it was every other weekend from April to october. Last year there was only like 6 trips and I've been once this year :( probably won't be able to go every other weekend again for another 2 yrs.

only have 3 trips planed but for 5day stretches with a couple weekend warrior trips
so I guess 20days on water this year

I'll be in Parker every other weekend(3-day) and 2 1 week trips. From long beach race on Ill be wherever the race is. Thanksgiving is a week trip too... Anyone need a boat, I have 2 for sale. Both ready to go.

30 to 40 times is a lot.
20 total will be at about it for me. We go in the winter too. It's easier when you have a place. I would have been there the last 3 weekends and every weekend of July but I have to move and it seems like it's taking forever.

Just got told I'm being sent to Hawaii to work, from the 18th of july, until after Christmas,,,, BOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!...... so if I get to the lake a couple more times I'll be lucky. ... that makes 3..... I guess I will be winterizing in july.... FML.... :0/.....

I would gladly trade you!!! 8 years of Marine Corps infantry kind of wore me out on traveling for work purposes, ,,, LOL..... if were a VACATION... now thats a different story... :0)....

LOL..... I haven't been to one of those "clubs" in years...
We have missed maybe 2 weekends year to date so far this year. I like the Paul65k plan of boating once a week. :D

I don't go to them regularly either. However, when I was there, my friend that lives there took me and it was the best one I have ever been to.
