They are in great shape.

Do these come with the poly lock nuts?

Also, is there any wear apparent on the inside tips where the roller meets the body?

No poly locks.
No wear marks really at all. Not abused and not a big cam previously. Everything moves freely and appears smooth. All moving parts have always had oil on them.
