This is my daughters '12 RS with V6, they were hard to find with a factory sunroof at the time. She wanted a 2 door and we test drove all 3 you mentioned. At that time I liked the Challenger, but the new front end on the Camaro looks more like the original.
My personal choice would be the Mustang though. ;)

The Challenger is the roomiest with best visibility looking out.

Grads, you never seize to amaze me. What's wrong with Marilyn? What do you think she's shitty too? Is that why you didn't add Infinity G37 to your list? I'll have you know, I test drove all of your above cars and the Infinity G37 IPL rocks! What do you know, you don't even have a boat!

Wait a minute, you need a boat to discuss these cars? I don't think any of them would be good tow vehicles. Besides I don't have a running boat. :D

I think I would go with the Camaro, the last one I had was 20 years ago and had T-Tops. :D

Never been a Mopar guy, but the Challenger wins in my looks dept.
I am a Ford guy and if it were my $$$ I go for the Mustang.
While LSs are all the rage and everyone likes the HP in the Camaros, I still go for the Ford.

Unless they are giving away 2014 Mustangs, I wouldn't even consider one. Ford wasn't at all bashful about spilling the beans on the 2015.

Picked up a 2012 Camaro LS for the wife - (all of the models you listed are girls cars nowadays).... but its a sexy ass machine!

She had to have the 6 spd manual and that was hard to find with the V6 in the blue color. But we did!

Now this is a mans car (the cheapest of the non-euro supercars)

CH3NO2

You might be surprised which of them can be a good tow vehicle. 36830

And that is a factory hitch. No the Owner's Disc (no more paper manuals) does not say it is recommended, but my 6 spd had no problem towing the boat. I even pulled my 21' mini day since the B boat didn't have an engine in it. No problems. So my choice..... Room to play and the power to get there, Challenger all the way.

But since your complaint was duly noted, I won't go there.

Not a thing, but at 6' and 230, I like to ride in a car not wear it. I checked out all three when I bought the Challenger. The Camaro had the least room of them all, it felt like the car was all over you. The mustang GT was a fun toss around car and had adequate room. The Challenger had the best all around manners, lots of room and was still a blast to toss around. All three cars were mid level stick shift cars. And of the three, the Challenger still gets more comments than I see when I ride with my friends in their mustangs or camaros. Not to mention it is the most visually correct of the nostalgia modeled new cars.

Cool. I had convertible '88 that I loved. I wouldn't mind picking up another low miles 88-93 and hanging on to it.

As far as the new ones go, I like the Challenger and Mustangs. My only concern about the Challengers is the windows are too small. I'm not claustrophobic but I like to know in an emergency I can climb out the window. That's kind of why when I had my Viper I wouldn't run it too often with the top on it.

And yes I know that body style came out in 87 but the mass air didn't come out until 88 on CA cars. ;)

My chick had a Magnum loaded from a divorce, she hated it, and so did I after driving it. Fucking hard to see anything out of those chopped windows.

While you may not have been able to get get out of a Viper side window, I can assure you I have no problem doing the Bo Duke through the side window if I need to. And yes, I have slid out the side window and back in again when it was on a trailer. I didn't want to risk dinging the door on the trailer fenders.
