I want to thank ADBA and Jeremy for allowing us to be a part of this race two years in a row now. I apologize that we were not able to attend on Friday or Saturday. Hopefully next year we can get our schedules worked out so we can. We didn't get in to Parker until Saturday night. Fortunately we arrived at the very moment Jeremy was towing a golf cart from the top of the hill, so he let us in and we found a spot for the hotboat motorhome and spent the night.

Sunday morning came super fast, guess that's what happens when you lose track of time while having fun inside the casino. A couple of us couldn't resist the sound of the DJ, so they did their best to polish the dance floor with their shoes or body parts LOL. We excited stage left right just after last call.

The weather Sunday was unbelievable. You couldn't ask for better weather for February, or March, or June. It was race weather for sure.
I crawled out of the motorhome just in time to miss the Galpin Ford jet make its pass

Hopefully Mark or someone will share a couple pictures with us. Maybe he'll also share a couple chopper pics since he has the hookup :D

I spent most of the day shooting pics and getting fried like an egg on a Parker sidewalk in August (it was smoking hot by 2pm). But it was worth it. It was good to see a lot of old friends and make some new ones. ADBA and the racers really put on a good show. We enjoyed every minute of it. But the thing we liked best that day was the thanks and appreciation we received from the staff and racers for what really is a minimal amount of financial support plus the coverage we do of this race. That really meant a lot and we certainly appreciate the kind words. Thank you!

These guys and gals do this for the love of the sport and not the money. They just enjoy what they do, they enjoy the comradery and friendship and it certainly shows when you attend one of these events. So if you haven't attended one of these races, you really owe it to yourself to make it out and experience one of these races. We had a blast.

Thanks again!!

See you at the races.
