Chicken breasts have been marinading for 24 hours and the pico de gallo was chopped fresh last evening. Two kids are bringing their signature salsas and one son is bringing salmon for the grill along with a big veggie tray.

Wait until I show you where we are going. This guys house rivals most bars. Last year he had two gigantic coolers filled with sliced ribs. He's cooking 50 racks with 20 tri-tips this year. Two margarita machines. Heated pool. Live band. It is the biggest house party I have been to since I was in high school.

I've got a turkey in smoker, ready in an hour. First time smoking turkey, usually do ribs.

Turkey came out good, 10.5 hours to smoke though. Rotini pasta salad and some pumpkin spice cookies.

Wow...I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to meet him!! Such a cool guy....can you set that up please?? Hey, you and I should offer our services as boat drivers for them....we would kick ass dude!! There was this video up this morning from this years fights with the Japanese whaling fleet.....
