Good morning!

What a beautiful day! My muscles are a tad sore, my foot isn't swollen so I'm thrilled and I'm getting mentally prepared for my 8 mile run.

She's never a problem...she has me wrapped around her little finger so tight. She can make me play the ukulele on a Friday night singing Old McDonald had A farm...that's something I never thought I'd be doing lol.
