Any landscape designers

Wife and I are tired of looking out our windows and seeing the below. Looking for someone to help design a plan to make this more pleasing to the eyes.

Have a great one up in my area. He's so busy that Carlsbad would be too far right now. You gonna take out those Junipers?

Junipers are going. Thinking about replacing with bamboo.

I've done it for a long time here in Mn but we have way different vegetation, climate and actually have water too.

Can't see the whole area and don't know your budget or equipment access to site......

My first thought is a low maintenance boulder wall terrace and depending on your needs, a useable paver patio/picnic area, grill /fire pit or hot tub halfway up that slope.

Throw in some low creeping plants to naturalize and maybe some terra cotta pots .

No equipment access unless craned over the house or fits through a 3 foot wide gate, so knowing everything has to be manual digging it limits our options.
