Why is this good? Dave's a good guy and would do about anything for a friend that needs help.

He's one of the few people that cared enough to come by and see if I would like to go boating, never asked for a dime and was always (well most the time) a pleasure to be around.

I've been really good. Less than 50gm carbs and 10gm sugars every day. It's very hard for me to lose weight :(
