I wear shorts year round, it was a high of 0 F yesterday and I went out to clean off/start/warm up my truck and shovel off the patio, drive out and pick up our mail... :) I think it was 4 this AM when I took the trash out to the street...

I do wear several layers up top and a good hat/mittens... I think that I lost most of the feeling in my legs years ago... I get LOTS of weird looks when I am out and about...

Today was a heat wave, I think we hit 15 F...
