Awesome job!!!! What's your secret :) I think I just need to exercise more, my food intake is pretty low.
I've been going to the Cardio House and love it. Bought a groupon for 10'classes. Most likely joining after my ticket fills up! What a difference an actual full body workout makes. I'm definitely seeing results. My cardio wasn't enough.

I just cut more than half the calorie intake in my daily eating habits.
Prob went frm 2500/3000 cal to 1000/1300 calories a day.
It's tough in the beginning but when you get past the 'being hungry' all the time, you feel much better!
But the trick is that you need to eat healthy AND you NEED to eat every 2 to 3 hours. AND WATER is essential - approx 100oz a day is ideal, but you work your way up to that.
I believe on Saturday I drank 140+ ounces of water!!! Probably good cuz it stopped me frm drinking alcohol. ;(
I'm almost following the same meal plan guide-lines my personal trainer gave me 7 yrs ago. I was in great shape 1yr after our son was born.

Thanks, I'm not eating that often and only about 80 ounces of water a day, need to change these. I'll start counting my calories on my plate again and see what I get.

Sugars yes. And I don't eat much in the Carbs area becuz they make me crave bad sugar foods!!! Fat I haven't been paying attention to all that much. I just need to start some, any activity. ANY activity will help me continue to loose anywhere frm 2 to 4 lbs a week.

I'm confident I'm a gainer. I kind of tried to eat right the past 5-6 days but it just didn't work out. Fish and Chips, Hot Pretzel Bites, Ahi Poke, Crab Cakes....and that was at restaurants. At the show it was chips and salsa, hotdogs, and beer. I did eat a turkey wrap Friday for lunch though :D

Well....we still have the majority of people still hanging in there with continued progress and commitment toward their weight loss goals.
We did not have official weigh-ins this week from HotBoat or Tishimself (2nd week) but everyone else continues to make progress.
The weeks big loser was Jersey Girl who continues on relentlessly toward her goal and who has lost more than 20 lbs since Thanksgiving.....Way to go:partyguy:.
Eli continues to lead the women with continued progress but Wendi is really hanging in there.....all the ladies in this challenge should be proud of your continued commitment......hang in there it is worth all the effort you are putting into it. :thumb:
Tishimself remains in a strong second place even though he hasn't posted in 2 weeks.......wonder if he's sandbagging us :headscratch:....only time will tell.
Hang in there everyone......it gets warmer each week and you are all getting slimmer (Except GRADS of course) with swimsuit weather in sight :D

Well with my job that i have, loosing weight will come by Its self sort of ospeak. MANY Boats that are in the need of polishing and cleaning. Just gotta watch what I eat and i should drop some pounds, stones, gallons or whatever you use as mesaurment :D

Well I'm perplexed now. Mrs. HB bought a scale. It was on the bathroom floor last night. So of course I had to hop on. It said 234. WTF? So I hopped on again this morning before I left, 233. SOB. So now I don't know which scale to believe, the fat ass forkme scale at work, or the brand new scale at home. I like the one at home better :D

Well I was actually up a pound this week (taken Saturday morning before we left for CA)........lost a little focus but still down more than 20 and fitting into my clothes. I feel like I'm almost half way to my goal..........plan to take off 3 or more this week.

Tishimself is out after 3 weeks of non reporting...apparently he's been too busy to get on a scale FOR 3 WEEKS :rolleyes
In any case I had a bad week too and fell off the wagon so today it's back to hitting it hard cuz Desert Storm is just around the corner.....let's all recommit and get it moving again :thumb:

I finally weighed myself today and while it doesn't count for the contest, I'm thrilled to say I finally fell below my 128 plateau!! Just barely, but it's something!

I think I'll still be down but the following week is when I'll gain a few. Yeah I'm eating Cheeze It's, Girl Scout Cookies and See's Candy all day but no working out has me eating less and dropping muscle mass. :D

This is the first time I weighed in after lunch. All the junk food I ate over the last six hours. Here I just get home and Paul makes me weigh in.
Next week is the week I worry about with all the water I will put back in myself over the next seven days.

Really? I'm beginning to think the rules keep getting changed so as to rig this in everyone else's favor, except mine.

Eli really came on strong and surged into the lead for the ladies pretty much leaving everyone else in the dust........I'm hoping that the rest of you aren't losing focus :no:.
Next Monday is the Month 2 weigh-in and we'll be picking our monthly winner (total to date through month 2)......only 5 weeks left to go and there's still time if you all just commit yourself to your plan........except GRADS of course, you should just get comfortable being FAT.....looks like you lack the commitment to actually lose weight.....personally I'm looking to pass you up next week and I appreciate your going up while I'm on the way down :hilarious:

I know I am not in the weight loss challenge thing but after a couple weeks of vacay I def need to drop some weight.
I weighed in at the gym this morning at 281. Its not a digital scale, but one of those old school DR office scales.
Im going to check myself every Friday. Hoping to be down 30lbs by July 25th.

I eagerly jumped on the scale this morning...NOT!! I'm up a few pounds, I wasn't very disciplined this weekend at all.
129.1 was my weight when I woke up this morning. I forgot to take a pic and I drank coffee and it went up a few ounces lol.
