Real hard but burns excellent! Maybe the best cord of wood I've ever paid for.

I got 2 cords of oak and 1 of eucaliptus. burns hot and red and you don't have to throw it in like paper. Still burning in the morning too.

Yup. The 9 county SF Bay Area has their own (Nazi) air quality board that thinks they can dictate if and when you can burn wood because of air quality or whatever.
I always tell the wife when I hear of a spare the air day that we need a fire. Yea, I'm a rebel like that.
