I'm not familiar with Tapatalk - I don't use it.
In general...
If you are on a 3g phone and not connected to wifi then YT will not stream uninterrupted, the 3g connection is too slow.
If you have a 3g/4g phone and are connected to wifi, then it should work fine. If it doesn't, then it's probably an out of date flash issue.
Most 4g phones stream fast enough without a wifi connection, but not always, especially if you have other Internet windows open.
If you are watching via Safari, then it won't work or will be troublesome.
Google Chrome has built-in flash, meaning the browser and its flash are always updated. Chrome is a great functioning browser, it's all I use on the iPhone.
Safari and Firefox - you have to stay on top of the Adobe Flash updates, which are frequent. Flash continues to be the easiest/biggest attack vector, so it is vital that it be kept up to date.
I use an iPhhone 4s, 3g with the Youtube app. It will not stream unless I connect to my wifi.
Lastly, sometimes videos are encoded wrong and simply do not work, or stop working.

Years later as a party DJ, I created a similar white "punch lite" effect that would temporarily blind you - just like the Queen lights did, lol. I still have my concert shirt packed away in storage.

I also watched Live Aid - LIVE, from start to finish on my shitty ass Sears TV, and was literally blown away at their performance. Critics say Queen's Live Aid performance was one of the best live rock performances, ever. Freddie ruled the world for that 25 minutes!

Prince wrote that song, along with Manic Monday by the Bangles and even a great B-side single by Cyndi Lauper named "When you were mine."

I was a huge Sinead fan, she was fearless. I've never felt compelled to run down and buy any album, until I saw her on the 89' Grammy's...on stage in a halter top, shaved head, jeans and Doc Martens. I guess the back story was she was a last minute addition, and they flipped out. A dub over only, but a great peformance. Check her out too at the Pink Pop in 88' - a chick and her guutar, onstage all alone. Awesome.

Her two first albums were epic, both are in my top ten favorite records of all time. Lately she looks like a tweaker and she admits her voice is hone due to smoking too much herb.

It's funny, she called the Pope out way back, and yup, years later it all came to fruition.

Wifey hates every inch of her but admits defeat on several of her songs.

Interesting tidbit about the Bangles. They were first played on KLOS, 95.5, not KROQ, not KISS FM, but KLOS back when all they played was rock. The first album All Over the Place was decent rock, Hero takes a Fall was the song they launched.

Here's some Taylor..

Saw Def Leppard in 83'...what an epic weekend.
On a Friday night saw Nightranger and Sammy Hagar at the Orange Show, was "in the pit" area, sweating my ass off. The next night, Saturday, saw Def Leppard and Billy Squier at Irvine Meadows...and it rained the entire time, froze my ass off. Saved the night by busting out the dime bag of red hair smuggled into the concert via a large test tube borrowed from chemistry class. My friends still give me shiat about it on Facebook. :D
