It's an old college ritual. If you're at a party and you pass out with your shoes on then your body is fair game for the Sharpie markers. All my college buddies have done it except for me and we have brought it over to the river. A couple a summers back we got my buddy that was in the Coast Guard... Lets just say he was pissed, but he passed out with his sandals on... I swore never to show the pics of that night. Lmao

Here's the story; 4 of us took off to trail ride, 2 quads, YZ250, and sand rail vw power. After a few hrs the YZ fouled plugs and we drug him home, quite literally, imagine tow rope being run over by front wheel a few times.
The other 3 of us decided to go play in a dry river bed. We went about 5 mies and the rail rolled the belt off that keeps it cool and would no longer stay running. Rail had a tow bar and my quad had a ball hitch, no problem, we got this. Well, we're heading back and the other guy on quad decides to get in front and roost us. As luck would have it the rail would start and run for 30 seconds or so until it overheated and shut off. I felt my buddy start the rail and start pushing my quad, we went screaming by the other quad about 50 mph. He was like wtf, till it died. Anyway this goes on a few times, dust and sand made it impossible to see. We're on him, about ready to pass and I see his quad go air born above the dust, I start trying to lock it down and the guy in the rail has no idea wtf just happened, he's got it floored and we hit this huge concrete footing and go air born too. Kind of landed on and ran over the first quad and driver. He was literally missing a chunk of skin and muscle from his calf about 4" diameter among many other lacerations. I ran to him and he went into shock bc I was covered in blood from a severely broken nose. Guy in the sand rail was unhurt and handled getting EMT's to us. This happened about 10 years ago, I'll never ride hammered again!

Most likely occurred in college and I don't remember most Thursday through Saturday nights when I was in college.

I'll never own two performance boats again, when I bought the 353 we have now, we had a 312 Formula, anyway we were driving down HWY 54 in LOTO and I saw this beautiful new all white 353 Formula, needless to say it was at my dock before the end of the day, so I had to find a place for the 312, well it ended up in rack storage for the nine months it took me to sell it, what a cluster fock.

No more new stuff either. Cars, boats, toys, whatever. I like buying someone else's mistake, fixing it up a bit, and using it until I sell it for more or the same as what I have in it. I bought one new truck and I will never do that again.

Same here on buying a new vehicle. My last two cars I bought used at a dealer, they were both only a year old, less than 15K miles, 2yrs left on a factory warrantly, plus a 5yr-100K powertrain warranty, and both were/are great cars! I also saved about 6K off the sticker buying them used.
I save $14,000 buying Marilyn used with 1300 miles whoop whoop! Had nothing to do with my negotiating skills ;)

Same here! When I bought my Focus it had 14k miles and 2yrs or 36k left on its warranty. I haven't had one issue with the car in years. Saved a lot off buying new! Got my check book out, wrote my check, told the sales guy to mail my pink slip and 45mins later I was at Red Robin having dinner.;)
