this modular home is framed with 6'' walls and has energy efficent dual pane glass...

it is placed on stem walls at ground level, no going up and down rickety stairs and soggy decks to enter

the drive and carport are concrete...

anotherthing to consider is the age...

a trailer that was set up in 1971 will most likely smell like a pet urnial and a seniors smoke den..
not to mention,bad plumping,no insulation..soggy plywood floors, leaking roof, wood paneling room dividers
cardboard doors..metal siding ,bug infested rat traps...

thats what you'll get..
