Looks like I might have to go to Sacramento for work in Feb. 2014. We pretty much have done most of the Sacramento sites and took a tour boat a couple mile up river. However, I am thinking about renting a boat for the day when we are up there. Does anyone have any information about boat rental companies and places to check out once we are on the water? Here's one that is close to where we are staying but I would prefer a pontoon boat.

Wakeboard Boat - Centurion Eclipse

I have never rented a boat, but I would think you could find a Pontoon if that is what you want. The river is great in February, if you get a nice sunny day. I don't mind cruising even if it is foggy, but a sunny day is definitely better.

It was just a little chilly when we went last year. I thought a Pontoon might be better it it was chilly again. Here's a couple pictures of the tour we went on last year. Also, where are the cool places to eat up or down river?
