My neighborhood used to be so festive with halloween decorating. This is the first year we haven't put up the spider web but that is because we've been so busy. I do have some decorations in the front yard and I will post with my camera. The iPhone pics didn't turn out. Anyway do you guys decorate outside for Halloween? My neighborhood has no spirit kind of sad. It used to e fun and everyone decorated!

Meh. We do a trunk or treat at church. Lights in my area are all off when we come home.

We used to... Got sick of the little bastards coming around and destroying everything, egging the cars, tossing the pumpkins all over the yard and in the street, etc.

It sucks, but it's a different world now than we grew up in. It used to be fun, and people respected your stuff.. Not anymore I'm afraid.

My next door neighbor goes all out. Pretty much has us on board too. Last year it was pirates of the Caribbean, this year World war Z. I have pics on the computer. I'm on the phone on couch now.

We live out in the country so we don't get to many rug rats at the door. Christmas is the only holiday I decorate for.

Barely any kids around, too many snow birds, so Terri just dresses up and I give her treats all night, lol

I save my decorating for Christmas.
We are making a treat bag for the kids next to us on both sides and then heading to the movies for the night.
I dont really like Halloween unless I am going to a party.

Nice chesticles!
What I love about Halloween is that chicks willing dress like total hoochies since they can get away with it without being judged.
I say dress like that everyday, I never judge!!!

Yup....same here. Lights and all the Christmas stuff but Haloween is really on the "Down Low".

Here in Havasu there is one house in town that has already (2 weeks ago) started decorating for Haloween nd they do an amazing job every year.....no one else really can compete!! We also have a Halloween "Event" on Main street where they close off the street and have a big party......early in the evening the little ones come out and lots of people set up stands and hand out candy, a little later the ages go up and there were lots of high school aged kids down there last year as well as adults grown up and then migrating to the bars later in the evening.

All in all it's a great way to do Halloween. Now with that being said I am always clear to the wife that we need to buy a couple of those large bags of candy just in case any kids come by.....they never do and we end up having to eat all that candy......Bummer :D

We have always decorated for Halloween and Xmas. But I can tell WMC is getting less involved.

Nice stuff Napa.

Maybe we need a Halloween costume thread, I might get in trouble.

Nope no Halloween decorations for me and I usually don't decorate for Christmas either unless it's just lights on the house. Living by myself means I can if I want or not!

Some how I missed this thread. There's about five houses in our community that decorate. If we decorate it is usually just our porch. A couple streets up from us they go all out with hunted garages and mazes.
