I remember that the crash was the least of his issues.......

I think when you go to buy a Skater and you don't meet their intelligence requirement they send you to DCB.

I always wonder why people don't need any training or licenses to drive a boat. Is there a reason?

Personally, I would've taken a class just for the safety of the people on the boat while I drive...there are no rims to stop me from hitting things and no curbs to guide me :D
