I think that MM is actually a pretty stand up and smart guy.

Check out this interview he did on The Factor he did a while back. I think he was more open and honest with his answers than most of the politicians that get interviewed on that show. Bill is known to bully most of his guests and MM handled himself very well.

That was a really good interview. MM was very well spoken and made some really good points!

Im slow...5.2 miles in 57.34min it was freezing at 530 this morning while I was out there

That's not that slow. Hey at least your out running and that's all that matters. I like running in the winter more... I just wear long sleeves.
