View Full Version : We're heading to downtown Havasu to see the Clydsdales

If you happen to be in town the Clydsdales will be making the rounds on Main St (McCulloch) from 6-9 this evening....we're heading out in a few to see if they are really as big as everyone says:outtahere:

Anyone else heading downtown tonight??

Yes they're big. Wonder if they're the same ones that just left the LA County Fair?

We're going down to see them in a bit too. We went out earlier today to see them by the airport, but you could only see them from a distance.

I'll bet they are.....how many freaking Clydesdale's can there be anyhow??

They have about 250 spread nation wide at various stables. The gear and wagon travels the most. The horses travel locally from their nearest stables. Except two special traveling teams.

I've seen them at the State Fair and they are huge! Beautiful animals.

That damn Steve......not only was he up to his old tricks with the barstools20829.....but then he decided to start a rumble at the back door when he decided to start checking ID's :yikes:

We used to go to Grant's Farm in St. Louis and see them every year, even get free beer too, that's where they used to be raised, beautiful animals.

Paul, very nice to meet your wife last night! I was going to post a couple pics of the horses this morning but your pictures came out much better. :thumbup:

Well......I'm 6'3" and their backs were way above my head.......I'd say so :yikes:
