Has anyone ever sold a domain name before? Where is the best place to list it for sale? I know how to buy them but don't have a clue on how to unload them.

You know some of those are worthless. Tell us about the ones that might have value!

Generally, when you have good domains you "don't need" to market them, as every now and then buyers contact you.
This guy has made good money:

There's other ways of packaging domains with social media depending on what the names are. I know a few business forums that go into some of this. Definitely not my forte though.....

I understand that most of them are worthless but a couple of them I'd like to see what someone might pay. Hell, I would of owned Hotboat.com for under $500 until my wife said I was an idiot to pay that much for a "useless" domain and veto'd the idea:grumble.....that's when I posted it was for sale on RDP and the price went much higher.
I'm willing to unload any one of these for a case a beer or bottle of vino:

There is a group of people that would be very interested in getting a specific domain of yours.

That's why I asked for a case of beer, knowing they would negotiate down to 24 oz. tall boy. ;)

If you currently own the rights to them and have registered them in your name, these valued domains would have already garnered calls from interested parties, if there were any. I have about thirty of them and receive inquiries, from time to time about the purchase of some of these. I had to pay two grand to get one before a jerk made a porn site out of it. He wanted five grand and I told him to pound sand. Two years later he came crawling back and made the deal. For my business, it was worth every penny.
