I took it easy on myself last night and took a weekend off, last few weekends my Daughter had been down and we hit it pretty hard, need to give the ol' liver a rest once in a while, nothing but Cranapple and water this weekend, but my head didn't hurt this morning either.

He's 4th under red flag rain delay. They are not half way so NASCAR is hoping to finish the race tonight.
